The objective was to systematize evidence of the development creative thinking and its potentialities with a view from educational field, highlighting aspects creativity in teachers. A systematic review articles Proquest, Scopus, Eric databases carried out. Relevant information selected. To obtain results, systematized, considering thematic axes as creativity, characteristics, strategies for teaching thinking. It is concluded that great importance because it favors innovation. In addition, an essential aspect today's world, so must be permanently strengthened thus contribute development.
